The Client Experience questionnaire is all about your current client processes (or lack thereof--no judgement here). Your answers will serve as a starting place to build from and will help set the stage to map out your ideal client experience. 

Client Experience Mapping 

During this 90 minute Zoom call, we’ll walk through each phase of your client experience (inquiry phase, onboarding phase, offboarding phase), determining where we can elevate, streamline, or simplify. We’ll discuss what your ideal client workflow looks like and by the end of our call, we’ll have a clear plan of action for building out your dream client management system. 

After our call, you get to sit back and relax while my team does the heavy lifting!

Client Experience Presentation

Within two weeks, your new client process will be ready for you! During this 90 minute presentation call, I’ll walk you through each piece of your shiny new client experience system, including your custom training materials that will make integrating your new process into your business seamless and straightforward. 

By the end of the call, you’ll feel ready and excited to onboard your next new client!

As you’re getting used to your new system or run into questions, I’ll be here to support you for one week after your intensive.

Absolutely! We offer ongoing monthly Client Services Management for those who have gone through our Client Experience Intensive. 

CAN YOU MANAGE MY CLIENT PROCESS FOR ME?

After your new Client Experience is ready, you will have 48 hours to request any tweaks that need to be made, to ensure that everything is functioning perfectly. 

You will also have a week of continuing support from myself and my team if you have any questions as you’re implementing your new client process.


DO YOU PROVIDE ADDITIONAL SUPPORT?

After the initial Client Experience Mapping call, the Client Experience setup takes approximately two weeks. Your new client experience will be presented during a 90 minute wrap-up call. 

HOW LONG DOES THE SETUP PROCESS TAKE?

You will need to have a project management tool (Clickup or Asana), Dubsado, payment processor (like Paypal or Stripe), and a scheduling tool.

Don’t worry--if you don’t have any of these tools set up, we’ll walk you through getting your account set up and adding the THM team as a user so that we can begin working our magic.
