The Systems Build is a done-for-you engagement where each system is custom built directly from the priorities identified in your Business Blueprint — a strategic planning engagement we complete together before any building begins — inside your existing tech stack. No new tools required.

Because the work I do inside your business is intensive and specific, I only take on one Systems Build client at a time. Your business gets my full attention, not a fraction of it.

What I build may include (but is not limited to):

Less than you'd think. The Business Blueprint requires an intake form and three focused sessions across two weeks. The Systems Build varies by scope — but your role is always the same: show up for key check-ins, weigh in on decisions, and approve the work as we go. I handle the rest.

What if I just do the Business Blueprint and don't move forward with the Systems Build? 

That's completely fine. The Business Blueprint is a valuable standalone engagement. Some clients walk away with their plan and implement it entirely on their own. There's no obligation to continue, and no pressure to decide anything before you're ready.
